"under sea" ornament

This is a handsize ornament.

My inspiration for this piece was a coral reef.

But I don't know anymore.

Is it more like a sea cucumber?

It is a handmade felt and those shiney stuff sown on it is coke tin.

And it is sitting of a knitted metal base comfortably.
